Additional optimizations in GPU code

• Better performance with single GPU on 8 and 16-bit clips: up to 4%–8% depending on hardware and filter settings
• Better performance with two GPUs working simultaneously

Several changes and improvements in GUI to better reflect the parameters of CPU and GPU used for processing
