Need a custom lower third developed

I have this lovely lower third that I can't use because it was developed for After Effects. So I'm looking for someone/company to convert/reproduce it in Vegas Pro.

Export it as transparent MOV file and use it in Vegas

Yes, I found the PREMULTIPLIED property to make the background transparent. So I think this will work.
