I recently had to rebuild my entire hard drive, including the reinstallation of all programs. I have Vegas three and have been asked repeatedly to register the product. Realizing that I had already registered the product, I never bothered. I just tried to use the MPEG-2 in rendering a project. In order to use the MPEG-2 I was required to go online and register the product. By system correctly projected my serial number to the Sony server. Sony sent me a message stating that they did not have that serial number in their database. This is very frustrating for me! I would like to do this project this weekend, but their toll-free support only operates on Monday through Friday. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
