I really dislike the blurriness, so I choose additional frames and spend hours to delete each additional frame on my footage and render a 30fps vidoe. It's a pain because I do that ounce the work is done, and It's hard to fill the gaps.

To quell the blurriness, try disabling the Resample int he medias with a different frame rate than the project frame rate.

I think that's the same. Disabling resampling AND changing framerate will add or delete frames, which gives a very choppy result, even worse than the blurriness.

The only way to get sharp and smooth framerate conversion in Vegas is the add at project framerate feature or buy twixtor plugin.

Although the add at project framerate feature preserves all frames, it has the disadvantage of changing the duration time of the media in the timeline.

I use twixtor to fix this.

The disadvantage of this methodology is the rendering times that increase significantly, but all the frames are preserved and the duration of the media does not change.

Yes, we know that. Read again the question: Need to work with frames, regardless of time and speed.
