I paid for Vegas Pro 22 in September 2025 (the full version for $250). Because he is autistic, he needs Vegas Pro 12, how do I get it?

AI says I should have access to all prior versions if I buy the latest version. I am using Windows 10. Is there a customer support phone number? Thanks

No such thing exist. You can take the A.I and throw that in the trash can.

@Fox_I a Vegas 22 will not allow you to use Vegas Pro 12. They were not even made by the same company.

@Fox_I What does being autistic have to do with needing Vegas Pro 12 instead of VEGAS Pro 22? Functionally, the timeline works the same in both versions. The main difference is 22 has some more features (which don't have to be used) and supports current camera files. (I have a severely autistic grandchild so I've learned quite a bit on the subject. I've also used versions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 of Vegas and know the basic editing techniques have not changed.)

Thank you. He follows YouTube tutorials exactly where he is told he needs version 12, so with autism he follows tutorials EXACTLY. AI told me how to make version 22 look like version 12. He also thinks vocodex needs version 12. But he's really smart and he learned how to get vocodex into version 22. He is not severely autistic but he can not communicate normally, he is a level 2 autistic. Unlike Level 1 who can hold conversation with you, he can not.

The grandson I referenced above is also a level 2. I also have another one that is a level 1 and a third one we believe is on the spectrum but has not yet been diagnosed (he's only 2 1/2.)
