Nero Error: DVD-Video files reallocation failed

I created a DVD with DVD-Architect 1.0c and tried to burn it with Nero 5.5.10.20 and I got the following error:

DVD-Video files reallocation failed. The resulting DVD-video might be unplayable....File size is not a multiple of a logical block size (2 KB).

Anyone else gotten this error? How do I fix this?? Is there a problem with DVDA's VOB file creation process? I've tried re-encoding the DVD at several different bit-rates and I still get the same thing.

This is a well known problem, but most people just ignore the Nero error messages and the DVD burns just fine.

I'm using Nero with DVDA and I just ignore the messages. I never had a problem with a DVD disc.

I've never seen either Sonic Foundry or Ahead publicly state why this error message is being created. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Nero v6 is released later this month.

On my system Nero 5.5.10.42 does not show the problem while 5.5.10.20 did. So, you may wish to try the newer version.
Besides that, there is also a utility program called DVD ImgTool ( http://www.coujo.de ) which works with the Nero API and has an option regarding the reallocation problems. (tried it and AFAIK it works fine)
