Nero Image DVD

Are DVD's burned using a Nero image file (from a DVDA master) different in any way from DVD's burned directly from DVDA?

Not that Im aware of that's how I have been burning 50 copies of a project . ....on copy 39 right now.
been testing every other one in 3 players so far so good.
i mainly burn -R but I also burn about 10+R's with book type DVD ROM for back up if people have a compatibilty issue.
