Nero scandiscerror still playing?!

Just burned 60 disks (Verbatim -R 16x) and tested a few of them
in my stationary DVD player and all played fine.
When testing one disk in Nero DVD speed/scan disk I
had at least 4 red errors and 2 of them were double.
I got frustrated and scanned more and almost every disk showed
the same red errors - but the discs plays without problem.
Are the red error marks in Nero scan not valid or what?

Virtually every burned disk is going to have a few read errors. The errors reported by Nero probably are valid read errors, it's just that the hardware is recovering from the error. There's lots of "stuff" built in to the information written on the DVD that allows the DVD data to be recovered even if there's a read error. Lots of errors clustered together - well, that's a different story.

Thanks ScottW !
I guess that when the scan procedure
is fullfilled and not stops its OK.
