Nested files

Hi

Does anyone know a way to remove nested files from a project to stop them loading when opening the project?

Thanks in advance for your help.

to remove unused media including nested files from a project use the "Clean Project Media" media command under tools.

John, after you delete the nested files and clean the media pool, save it with a new name and see if that works.

Thanks Mike, That got it. By way of a return favour in case you have never tried it. I am rendering out for on line streaming to mp4. Original mp4 file size 157 mb. After running the file through http://www.h264encoder.com/ 22.5 mb and I can't tell the difference.

Enjoy and thanks.
