1. Re-boot. I have found MANY situations where Vegas (of all versions) gets into a funky memory situation. Re-booting can cure this problem.

2. Delete all *.sf* files. It sounds like these are re-building anyway.

3. Open a new project and drop each one of the VEG files onto a timeline in that new project. Wait for the *.sf* files to build. Perhaps you can then see which one of the VEG files is causing the problem.

Cleared out temp files and rebooted.
This nested .veg project began to load, but is hung-up at 56%.
This is progress as at least it appears to be starting to load.
Not much of a computer guy,----where do I find *.sf* files?

Just open another nested project from same hdd, same project, but about a third the size.
It opened with some hesitation.
But the larger file, more than a half hour long with some FX, including glow, won't open.
Bottle neck somewhere?
