Hi there,

I am trying to figure out network rendering on a 2nd pc, so I can free up my main PC and its resources.

Every time I send something to the 2nd PC, I recive the following error in the log of the render pc.....

"Error: render job 'scottds:53704/5' failed: Failed to obtain serial code"

Is this the serial code on the render pc, or the host pc ?

I have entered both the serial number I have for the host machine, and render machine in the "enter serial number" option of the render window. But no joy,

Any ideas from anyone?
