Thanks. I've only 14 Platinum which has different New Blue to Suite and most of my New Blue FX come from earlier versions.

Take a screen grab of all the FX in your Video FX window. You won't get them all in but capture the area around "N" which is where the NB should appear. Someone with MS14 Suite can then check. They should be there.

If the NB FX were 32-bit, they won't show up in V14 (64 bit). Do you know which VMS version you installed them with? Can you still open up the older version of VMS? If so, is it 32 or 64-bit?

Thanks Mark, but it was a brand new install of VMS 14 (64bit). NB FX was there & I thought I'll come back to that after I work out how the software works. Well now I have a better understanding of it, I went looking for the NB package & it's not there. I thought maybe it was a trial thing & because I didn't use it, my time was up & it uninstalled itself...?? (Dunno if that's possible though) It's all a bit weird.

I'm pretty sure I have never UN installed NB.............

No harm trying to install the NB FX again. The download link and registration code should be in the email (if you ordered the download version of VMS Platinum Suite).
