New Blue Fx Offer?!? Woah!

I'm interested in the Motion and Film effects. Now they are making this massive offer, very very tempted.

OK, I'd like to know your experience with NB's FXs on:

1 - Render Speeds?

2 - Preview Speeds - fps?

3 - In respect of 1 and 2 above better than we can do with home grown FX chains?

Cheers

I couldn't resist the "massive offer" myself, and got the whole audio/video shebang a couple of weeks ago. I haven't taste-tested all the video FX yet, but the ones I've used (3D spins, various transitions, etc.) have previewed at full speed, as far as I can tell, and have rendered respectably fast.

We happened to become aware of New Blue's massive offer right at a time that we had decided to stop using Waves plug-in products for audio-processing, because Waves once again requires a Dongle, as in the 1980's, and the dongle failed in the middle of an important project. So we've uninstalled our Waves plugins and are using the New Blue ones now, including for Audio. Quite happy, so far...

Re your #3 question: I don't know re that, because, I sheepishly admit, I rarely construct my own FX chains.
