New Blue Support

Has anyone ever dealt with the New Blue Help Ticket System?

I decided to go for the bundle but the audio FX didn't download into my pre-existing audio FX folder in Vegas where my Sony FX already are.

The Video Fx did download into Vegas but they contained the watermarks of the trial version.

I've tried to make contact with New Blue but I can't get past their Help Ticket system. I've sent 2 tickets but they have both come back to me with a message to use the help ticket system which is what I did in the first place.

It could well be that I am not using the system correctly, but they don't give you a clue on how to use it, so how is one supposed to know what to do?

If anyone knows how to get through to these people give me a holler.

If you are out there DSE, maybe you can find me a contact # so that I can resolve this.

No one is disputing anything. The problem is one of contact. If New Blue would know of my problem I'm sure they would be happy to take care of it.

Thank you in advance,

Bill

There's at least one guy from New Blue that posts here every now and then, usually in threads about New Blue. Do a search on "New Blue" and you'll find him. There may be contact info in his signature block, or at least you can email him via the forum email. I'm not sure that Spot/DSE would have any better contact info than what's on their website, since New Blue is a different company than Spot & the folks at VASST.

I personally have dealt with New Blue customer support and was very pleased. In fact, I dealt with them more than once, each time A++.

I wish everyone was like them.

Any trouble you may be having with them, real or imagined, based on my experience is the exception rather than the rule.

It is probably also relevant to keep in mind during the Christmas season, a lot of people are on vacation. While this may be a pain when one is having a problem, it is, in my opinion, reasonable.

Nothing but the highest regard for New Blue support here...

Dear All:

I am pleased to report that one of my messages got through to New Blue and that we finally made contact.

There was some problem with their web site which they are working on. So far I have to agree with Kentwolf that they seem to be very responsive to my needs.

If all goes well with my download I will be happy to update the Forum with a thumbs up.
