Using Movie Studio Suite 16, I cannot find any design templates when using New Blue Titler Pro 7 Express.  The system appears to be populating the library but no designs are shown.

start movie studio
insert generated media
select pro 7 express
click on chose design
a graphic appears with a percentage count indicating that it is populating the library
window appear headed Titler
Up arrow and the words design templates but no content

Any assistance please
