new Boris FX continuum 2024.5

I just installed the new updated out of Boris FX continuum v2024.5 via their Boris FX Hub.

The install was a confusing, as the Boris FX hub installer went up to a certain point, then stopped and informed that install was unsuccessful, and asked me to contact Boris support. I tried a second time and the same issue. Then I opened Vegas 21 build 315 to see if it installed or not (sometimes installers feedback that the install fail or hang), but it seemed to have installed it successfully. Even the version checked out correctly and the new ML plugins are available...

Anyone having that install issue as well?

No, installed fine here - but I don't use the Boris hub

@bitman Hi, I used to use their HUB but it wasn't always obvious what had happened. I like to also download & store the installer App,

So recently I've only opened the HUB to see if there's an update, then I go to the Boris site & download the installer, I run the installer & then delete the plugin_manager_cache & svfx_plugin_cache from the Vegas AppData BIN section so Vegas reloads the plugins when I open it,

The Witness protection ML is quite impressive & works really well for me (playback full fps) 👍

@bitman ... yes, I got exaclty that here too. So far, 2024.5 seems to have the new features installed.

I think that there is a 2 hours + launch video of BCC 2024.5.
