Yeah... and does Ford have a forum where...

No but I deal with a place where I'm Mike Kujbida and not just a number.
If I have a question, I can talk to the sales rep, the secretary, the business manager, the service adviser or any mechanic I want any time I want.

You can contact scs ANYTIME with an issue. They'll get back to you usually within the same business day.... 2 at the most.

I wish that was the case. A trouble report a few years ago took almost 2 weeks for the first contact to be made. It ended up being solved by a forum member as SCS couldn't help me.
My current issue about custom render templates not showing up in V9 Pro is still unresolved as the solution offered does not come close to solving it.

where does it say that this forum is anything other than a USER forum?

I never said that it was anything else.
What I did say is that SF and SCS used to maintain a much stronger presence here than they do now and I miss those days.

The same thing happened with the dpsVelocity forum I belong to.
When Velocity was owned by DPS (a fantastic Canadian company, I might add), service techs monitored the forum on a regular basis and were very quick at providing assistance.
Then they got bought out by Leitch and company involvement slowed down.
Then Leitch got bought out by Harris.
The last time I remember anyone company rep being there was at least 6 months ago.

As for your letters... if you think there is anything personal behind them.... you would be sadly mistaken.

Sorry but you're the one who's sadly mistaken.
The dealership is in a small town where everyone knows everyone else and the personal touch is something they have built a very successful business on.

"No but I deal with a place where I'm Mike Kujbida and not just a number."

Your common corner car dealership is a bit different than SCS. Take a walk over to Ford In Detroit (assuming you drive a ford) and it'll be "Mike....who?"

"A trouble report a few years ago took almost 2 weeks ....

A "few years ago"???? Come on get serious! Why I remember the dammed postal service... it's so useless. When I posted a letter back in 1866 it took almost a month. The darned horse wanted to stop for water every 15 minutes!

Your problem will remain "unresolved" until the engineers have a closer look at it....something that will take time. And even if it does get resolved you most likely won't see the result until the next patch.

"Sorry but you're the one who's sadly mistaken."
You just said it... "The dealership is in a small town where everyone knows everyone else and the personal touch is something they have built a very successful business on."

I really do think you're being a bit silly about this (and I'm saying you're BEING silly.... not CALLING you silly)

George (blink), you're entitled to your opinion, I'm entitled to mine and that's where I'm going to leave this.
It's time to get the family to celebrate my older daughter's birthday and I plan to do so with a smile on my face :-)

I've seen this "revert to original text preset" problem yet again but it's not behavior I can reproduce. I don't what triggers it. I have not yet seen anyone detailing a response from SCS on this so I put in a report to them.

I"m saving my work PRIOR copying any text graphics. I usually copy a previous title as a template for the next one.

The problem of undo failing to work after changing a copied text graphic is something I can reproduce in 9.0a. Copy a text graphic. Change it. Do undo. For me, the undo fails every time but does not make all the other titles revert.
