new camcorder suggestions?

I want a new camcorder... budget is around 350-400.

I cant find much in terms of best buy reviews online.

Can some of you suggest a good all purpose unit that does well in low light?

I ended up buying the Canon Elura 100.

For the money, it has a great rating... hopefully it lives up to its fame.
