Do you have a CD burner in your old computer? If so, copy all the downloaded program files to a CD-R, then use that disc to install them on the new computer. This is also an easy way to transfer data files as well. Even better is having the two computers joined on a simple home network and sharing a directory on the old computer. The new computer will be able to read the old computer's hard drive as if it was another drive letter within itself.

You may have VideoFactory installed on both computers as long as you're only using it on one of them at a time.

Run the installation file you downloaded from SonicFoundry, videofactory20.exe or something like that (if you downloaded), or use the CD you received from them (if you ordered the boxed version).
