I need help downloading/installing Vegas Creative Pro 18 Software on a new system (replacing my old system).
Does Vegas have a support contact? I purchased Vegas Creative (18) - then, when that didn't work or install, I purchased Vegas 365. Neither work?? - and finding a human to talk with at Vegas Create Software is simply impossible. I've tried reaching out via Twitter, looking everywhere I can find on the website, calling local information/research in Reno, NV - and essentially am totally stuck - and no support that I can find whatsoever.
COMPUTERID
What is meant by this - and how do I include this in my profile/purchase history? I can report this to you privately, if you need to add it to my purchase log? I just need to know what you're talking about - as there is NO PARAMETER ON MY COMPUTER CALLED COMPUTERID.
NEW SYSTEM
I have a 10-core i9, running W10Pro (Asus p490, i9-10800, 64 gig ram, 2x 2tb nvram, 16 Tb hdd, gigabyte 3060 gpu, corsair water cooled, 1000 watt p.s., Thermaltake case and RGB Controller). The memory is the fasted available and system overclock optimized for Video rendering.
VEGAS SOFTWARE
VEGAS Pro 18, or VEGAS 365 (I've purchased both - and want the best version - with the fewest bugs) to work on my new machine. Both of my purchases have available seats to use with my new system. And, no, I do not need a credit for the one I don't use ... I just want my Vegas software to work.
Please help me get this installed. I would appreciate it very much.
