I have used Sound Forge several years now, but this way really good, many things I have not been aware of. I downloaded the FLV file and play it back in VLC Player. The Flash Player my browser uses (Flash 10) will stretch the 16:9 video to 4:3 when I maximize the window. Wonder why it is so stupid.. VLC does it right.
