I just installed a new, larger, System drive, I copied the old partition over from the old one, rebooted, and everything worked fine, except; Vegas Movie Studio4a and DVD Arch. Studio2 - trying to run either gave the message; "The Application is not properly installed. Please reinstall this software in order to continue."

Once re-installed they worked just fine, but why did they quit working in the first place? Some sort of copy protection?
