I just installed a Maxtor 30 gig 7200 RPM HDD
in addition to my 80 gig 5400 RPM on a P4 1.7 ghz...

I made the temp directory for Vegas Video On that new drive, The "J" Drive.... so that means it will write to that drive now, am i correct???

and that should be at least a little better than a 5400 RPM drive filled with other stuff. right?

(this new hard drive is solely dedicated to recording audio.)
