Just FYI - I risked the $29 upgrade to Red Giant's new "64bit CS5-Ready" Magic Bullet Looks thinking there was a chance it would finally work in Vegas 9/64, but alas, only the Premiere-specific version is 64bit.

The Vegas-specific install contained in the download is the old v1.2 MBL.
