Addendum...

Can't enable the higher qual modes in the free version of the real encoder - need the commercial prod. - use the free command line producer by itself or with a 3rd party freeware front end. As the audience settings are hard coded into the SOFO Rmplug.dll, no way to add the extra features in Vegas at this time either.
