New Sequence...

NOW!!!

I enjoy being able to run multiple instances of Vegas. I think that's an awesome feature.

I would also like to be able to Open/Create/Save Multiple Timelines in the same project. This would soooo help me with organizing my projects.

Often times I create a Project, which can include Multiple Timelines for Bumpers/Stingers, or Sections, DVD Menu Background Video, and anything else that pops up. I would like to be able to open PROJECT.veg and have ALL these Timelines in tact in that one project.
------------------------------------------------------
Maybe this is why Vegas can open Multiple Instances since I would NOT be able to Open 2 of the same project to work on different Timelines/Aspects of said project if the Timelines were in the same project.
------------------------------------------------------
Although I have gotten used to the way Vegas handles this... some projects just seem like they would be better organized if I had 1 project file w/ multiple Timelines. (maybe switching back & forth between this Premiere Box is messing up my mind)

if there were a choice, i'd prefer multiple instances vs multiple timelines. Why? because with multiple TL's, if something goes wrong & vegas crashes, everything gone. With multiple instances, if one instance crashes the others don't care.

and you can have a project loaded up in multiple instances. don't know what happens if you save, but you can have it opened many times.

That sure is a good point - I think I would prefer that too.
