sure can:

Put the logo that you want to have over the bottom right hand corner on the track above all the video feeds that you have - may have to create a new track for that

Then use the pan crop feature on the clip and adjust it to fit - You'll figure out how it works pretty quickly

The image has to have a transparent background or it may cause problems for ya.

there are filiters like bump map etc... - and you may want to run that track opacity down - the slider to the left of the Timle line on that track to be able to see through it as well.

Then just stretch out the track length as long as you need it to go.

Highest track takes precedence. Unless a alpha channel (something transparent) or you impose masking, (simple example) if you have two tracks the top most always will hide what's below it. If you use track motion you can combine various areas of the total frame with each source video occupying a portion of the total in effect making many source video share the same space. Hope that makes sense.
