Just one small tip, you need to make certain the MB type in the project settings are symetric for this to work well. Without that the leading sharp edge will still be hard, the trailing edge will be blurred.

Tell me - do OTHER NLEs have the type of flexibility - viz here with gradients - as part of their inbuilt in-house package? I know we can wish for better text handling - but the gradient thing, does Premiere have it?
