As the title says: hello! Just a short introduction before jumping on the forum!

New on the Vegas forum though not new to video/dvd world. Have been working with various tools sofar (DvdlabPro, Powerdirector, Nero, + various freeware tools) but have decided to step up to the Vegas+DVD Production Suite. Have already found (and read) Instant Vegas 5 and Vegas 5 editing workshop.
Looking forward to listen and learn!

Rudi

This forum is a terrific resource, and I've learned a lot from it. Of course, part of the reason is that the Vegas NLE is remarkable for its power and stability. I just finished a surround-sound documentary project about 2 hours long that occupied about 750GB of disk space. Not a single Vegas crash or even hiccup.

See that "Search" link in the upper-right corner? With almost 30,000 posts on the Vegas Video forum, you might find yourself using it a lot.

Rudy, I came here some time ago with SF2 after taking a considerable beating with "the others." I have profited enormously from this group of characters. Welcome, Darryl

Thanks again! Have been watching and reading through the Vegas forum quitte a lot and most of the time there is an answer or direction to a solution on most questions.
