Has anyone looked at the new version of HandBrake (0.10)? I was using the old version to "web-optimize" my mp4 videos (so they would start playing faster - a la YouTube). But I downloaded the new update and had several versions of the resulting .m4v file fail to play properly in Windows Media Player. I just get a picture of a waveform instead of the actual video, though the audio is still there.

I'm hoping somebody more familiar with it might have some advice on using the new version?
