Newb- Video fltr mods show on 1/2 of screen?

New to video.

Trying to lighten video track w/Brightness-Contrast filter ...when I adjust, only the right half of the screen shows the result. How do i get to full screen??

Youv'e click the button on the preview monitor that shows split screen (before/after) FX. Just click the button you pressed before and it will go back to normal mode (it's the button with the black/white circle).

Thanks for replying, even though I had found the switch...I had never used the video part and it must split the screen by default.
