I mad a little 3 min music video and I really want to throw it up on a website so my band can see what I have done. What is the best way to render the project and is anybody aware of a free hosting site that I may beable to psot it up on? I want the quality to be good but I really know little about this. do I render as a Quicktime movie? Real movie? what specs should Iuse?

Im a newbie, i could really use the help.

I'd recommend using Windows Media, unless your audience is primarily Mac-based.
256kpbs is a pretty typical bitrate, but even 100k can look acceptable, depending on the amount of color, movement, and overall content.
I don't know of a free hosting site.

blow them away with 720x480 wmv with dual pass, do a custom 1M stream, it shouldn't be too big 30mb or so, there are free sites but they don't cater to 30mb files
