Newbie Question

I've search everywhere for an answer to these questions, but I guess that I'm so "green" that I cannot figure it out.

1) How do I assign a music track to my main menu screen?

2) I want a lead in clip to my menu. I've already rendered the clip. It runs perfectly as a stand alone clip but when I designate the clip as "introductory media", the audio plays, but the video is just the main menu picture? help?

1) with the menu active, on the right side there is a section "Menu Page Properties" -- use the button under there for Background Media to specify the AUDIO track you want to use

2) in the tree structure on the left, I usually rt-click on the highest level, and use the "Insert Introduction Media" -- then browse to select the intro clip. This should play the intro video before your main menu

What is the max GB I can burn to a DVD???

From the computers perspective, 4.37 or so. I don't usually like to burn all the way to the edge because that's where many players have problems reading.
