Newbie to HD Help

Is there a guide or link that shows how to create HD home videos with audio using Vegas 9.0b Platinum? I am using a Canon Vixia HV30 and import my m2t files fine but when I go to render as, I choose any BLURAY video stream option but no sound. The movie looks great but no audio. Please bear with me as I am completely new to this.

I'm not shooting HD, but based on what I've often read on this Forum, Blueray video does not contain an audio stream. That part has to be added separately. Forum user Eugenia has great stuff about that and many other aspects of making videos on her blog. Perhaps she'll chime in on this question. Meanwhile, take a look at her blog and select a subject regarding making HD video
