Newblue Audio Effects - where are they?

Well, I see on the sales page they are not supposed to be part of Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, only suite - alas, since I've more or less bought the hole suite just individually. *sigh*

Yes, that's a bummer. It will be interesting to see what Sony does for those who did buy the suite.

I got the NewBlue audio plugins from Sony.
I wrote to Sony customer service back in October about the missing audio plugins. Their first response was basically: sorry for the error on our web page which we will fix. I responded and said that I bought the product based on the advertised contents and even though I had not had use of the advertised audio plugins since I purchased the product, I would consider it acceptable for Sony to provide them to me now. They replied with a link and serial number to download the version 10 NewBlue effects. I am very satisfied with their response.

I've just sent your email to Sony Customer service and asked them why they are treating folks differently. Lets see if I get a down load....anyone using the production suite should email customer services....I'm not gonna let this rest now.....

To end this post, I'd like to say the Sony did allow me also to download the audio NewBlue from studio 10. That was very satisfactory for me. Thank you Sony.
