I've just upgraded to Movie Studio Platinum 17 which includes NewBlue Elements 3. The link in the email gives the following response:

"NewBlue Elements 3 Overlay

The requested activation code cannot be generated right now. Please try again later."

It's been a couple of days now, so I'm wondering what the issue might be?
