NewBlue FX Looks missing (But TitlerPro OK)

hambonio wrote on 9/23/2016, 12:36 PM

On the VP14 product overview page, it states that NewBlueFX Looks is included in all VP14 and higher.  After installing (and taking all night to finally register SOMETHING as I believe NewBlue's servers were down for a while) the only thing I see pop up in VP14 is NewBlue Titler Pro 3 - but I see no addon anywhere about NewBlueFX Looks.  Does anyone else know how to get this?  After I finally registered, NewBlue had me install an update and I downloaded "NewBlueVegasProSuiteComplete-160915.exe" from their website.  I was thinking this would have the looks, as it is a 300MB+ package.  But all I see when I open and restart Vegas is Titler Pro 3.  Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks in advance!

For the record - I purchased the VP14 Suite upgrade.

The filters are listed at :

http://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/vegas-pro/

and are : Film Color, Color Fixer Pro, Gradient Tint, Spotlight and Glow Pro.

I found the filters on the VideoFX tab.

Try to navigate to the categories "NewBlue Stylizers", "New Blue Essentials" and  "New Blue Filters" or "All".

I was puzzled about the NewBlue effects not seeming to show up in the effects picker. But it seems that on my system, none of the NewBlue items where installed into a NewBlue folder in the effects picker - they are just randomly mixed up with all of the other effects. Try looking under the 'Third Party' heading in the effects picker for the filters named in VagasExtended's post.

The NewBlue effects no longer start with the name "NewBlue" so they are now intermixed with the built-in effects. There should be individual category folders corresponding to the various products offered by NewBlue and they should also appear under 3rd Party (and OFX and others)

I can't find NewBluefx in my installation of VEGAS pro 14, I can't see Titler Express either. Magix support is silent so far.

I bought full version of VEGAS PRO 14. They send me a link to Vegas pro and DVD Architect and serials for proDAD and Newbluefx. I used file provided by MAGIX - still after installation I'm not able to find those plugins. Except one - proDAD which I downloaded from their website.

I've used installer that I've received with the mail. I don't have any other link.

I think got it - I see they are mixed in now.  Was looking for NewBlue specifically.  Boris BCC, and ProDad all seem to be labled as expected.  Thanks all.
