@Dexcon I tried the Video for Windows rendering settings as you describe but it took over 7 minutes to render a 10 sec 4K title but in the end failed to complete. I see there are lots of codec options apart from uncompressed, some of which have alpha channels. I tried a few but it didnt work.
I'll stick to rendering ProRes. Its reliable, resonably quick and the alpha works without having to think about it. The files are huge, but at least my titles are short. So what we need is for NewBlue to export as ProRes. Sounds expensive!

Actually, I'll stick with QT .mov until it stops working.

Any idea how to solve the undo buffer error? Again, I have to edit 12 videos and the problem is very frustrating.

Sorry Mykee. After a few years with NewBlue Titler Pro and many crashes and frustations I have not seen that error. One thing I do know - a lot of patience is required having edited a title in TP7 and waiting for vegas to update. I suppose there is rendering going on and passing data but seems to take a long time.

Sometimes, this helps:

Reboot your computer

Uninstall all versions of Titler currently on your system

Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX and make sure Titler is removed

Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlue and make sure the folder NewBlue Titler Pro 2.0 for Windows is removed

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlue and make sure the folder TitlerPro.ofx.bundle is removed

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlueFX and make sure the folder TitlerPro2.ofx.bundle is removed

Click Start and type Regedit, then run the app

Within Regedit, look under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE, right-click NewBlue and select Delete

Next look under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE, right click NewBlue and select Delete

Re-install the newest edition of TitlerPro 7

Yes, that is the "clean install" process. If you have other NewBlue plugins installed, they will also need to be reinstalled as that will also wipe out their registry entries...

I have been having the Vegas Pro 21 undo buffer error with both the vegas pro version and the standalone version of Titler Pro. I've tried different builds of Vegas, different versions of Titler Pro and finally I have found that if I manually drag the titler pro instance to the timeline instead of double clicking it, I no longer get the undo buffer errors. I don't understand why this is and not sure if this is a fix for everyone, but I hope it helps someone else out there.
