Has anyone had an issue with NewBlue Titler Pro popping up after every undo or file delete from the SVP 12 timeline? Since I did the last NewBlue upgrade it does this. It also prevent the docking of the NBTP window in Vegas. If there is no fix, I will reinstall Vegas 12 and not update.
I have noticed at some times like you mentioned where the TP edit window popped up.
At a certain point NewBlue moved Titler Pro into a separate process/program from Vegas. They did this to remove themselves from compatibility interactions with GPU and Vegas. When they did this the TP edit window became separate from a dockable Vegas plug-in window/pane. There is still a plug-in pane that simply has a button to open the TP edit window.
Yes, I've had that problem, and yes I'm also teed off with the 2 window thing. Live preview out to a TV is also a PITA. 3 of the reasons I rarely use it, and why I've never upgraded it to the paid for version.
Good to know there's a newer version available... (i was on 140827 for TP3)
I was just wondering why when checking for upgrades in the plugin it was saying 'you have the most current version' ?!
@redpaw Yeah, I am a bit frustrated with NewBlue update as there always seems to be some "hidden" latest version that is not accessable when I do a check for updates. I just went to my account on NewBlueFX website and downloaded from there (I don't know where else to get it from). It still says I am only on version 140827.
@dancerchris - same here - I can only get TP3 version 140827 via My Account on NBFX's website. Could it be that the 141009 version is the version you get only if you upgrade to NBFX's new bundle?
This has happened to me before, NewBlue tends to have "newer" intermediate versions that they can specifically point you to if you are having problems. Anyway as I said prior the "latest" version is not always available through the update.
