Update not loading.

Same as the previous answer - Vegas is still running. Either kill Vegas in the Task Manager or reboot.

I went to Sony update downloads and I don't see the Newblue Titler listed. Do I have to download Vegas 11 again?

Glad I could help. If you now have build 111024 installed, in the future the "Help - Check for Updates" option will properly work as new updates are available. The initial release was looking at the wrong file which has now been fixed.

Please do three things:

1. Make sure you're on the most current version I listed in this post

2. Make sure your video driver is the most current version

3. Start a help ticket at www.newbluefx.com so we can get full information about your system and you can also send is a VEG file so we can duplicate your issue.

3. I have just submitted the ticket but did not enclose the project file because at the time this happened I did not think it important to save it in a file (since it did not work properly). And since I always have to kill Vegas after it renders to YouTube, I could not save it after uploading it to YouTube.

Anyway, the ticket is TECH-XYY5JPXNOD.

It is not terribly important to me. Essentially, I just wanted to let you know there is some mysterious bug there somewhere.
