I created a video project and I have many issues with some of the NewBlueFX transitions. They show ok in the preview window when playing from the editor. However, when rendering the project, the transition will start fine but skip frames in the middle and replace them with a normal frame from one or the other sequence part of the transition. Such skipped frames are happening perhaps 4 or 5 times in a 3 seconds transition. This makes the transition completely unusable.
What is very strange is that when rendering 2 times in a row with absolutely no change to project I got different results. The issue was the same but the skipped frames were different.
I tried many different things as listed below but after getting tired of playing with my GPU configs I tried different transitions and I was able to find one that did not have that behavior. Some had issue but the worst was "3D Blow Appart".
I tried:
- Updating my GForce GTX 1050 driver to latest version
- Disabling GPU acceleration for NewBlueFX apps
- Rendered with both ManinConcept and NV Encoder
I'm using:
- Movie Studio 16.0 Platinum (build 175)
- NewBlueFX Transitions 5 Ultimate (5.0.180730)
- Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 32MB RAM, GTX 1050 GPU
I there any recommendation to fix this issue for all NewBlueFX transitions. Thanks for your help.
