Is NewBlueFX still in business?. I have sent a number of support requests over the last couple of months due to an issue trying to (re)activate some of my plugins but never get a reply back....

Thanks Reyfox for your reply. I have run the NBfx activation manager but the issue is due to a change of my email address connected to the plugins. Yes, contact "jetdv" that's right he used to do support work for NBfx ..

@AmazingM, yes NewBlue is still in business. Just go to www.newbluefx.com to see the current website. As for communications, you can e-mail support at newblueinc.com which will create a help ticket for you. If you have not gotten a response, we have not see a help ticket come through for you.

I have figured out what happened here. Help tickets were created, actions were taken, and responses were made. However the responses were to the "old" e-mail address as that was the address in the help ticket system so the reply was never seen. But every ticket created did get a timely response and the requested actions had been taken.
