NewBlueFX okay with one but not the other....

NewBlueFX/V9 works okay on XP. NewBlueFX/V12 doesn't work at ALL under Win7? Just a buncha red screen displays on heir transitions/plug-ins.

Same machine: Intel Dual Core E8200 2.66 mhz 4gb RAM

Please send an e-mail to NewBlue's support with full details. Specifically, which products/effects are you using? What version/build do you have installed? What video card do you have? What video driver version are you using?

The best way to get support is to ask NewBlue directly but all of the above information is needed.
