NewBlueFX Titler Pro Crashes Instantly

Anybody ever solve this problem? My system is as follows;

Vegas 11 Pro & Windows 8
AMD Phenom II 1035T Processor x 6
4 Gig Ram
Biostar A780L3G Motherboard
Saphire Radeon HD 6870 Video Card

If I just click to select Titler Pro (latest update) it instantly crashes system. If I drag it to an event, the setting box opens and hangs.
It's not the voideo card, because it also crashed when I was using the onboard graphics (Radeon HD 3000). For that matter, I also have Vegas 11 Movie Studio Platinum installed and it crashes there also.

I'm assuming it must be some setting, because otherwise Vegas 11 is working flawlessly on my system.

Appears there is a "registration" issue. I'm totally convinced Edward will get to grips with it.

So, for me, "The Writing Isn't on the Wall!" - nor floors, nor sky nor anywhere else at the moment. LOL!

Finally updated to 13.4 Catalyst, and update NBT2.
The plugin now feel "lighter", been more comfortable.
