I created separate AC-3 and MPEG-2 files from Vegas 4. However, the file names did not match. I opened the MPEG-2 file in DVD-A, and there was no audio (no surprise). I had already created menus, so I saved the project, exited DVD-A, renamed the AC-3 file to match, and reopened DVD-A. There's still no audio.

How do I add the AC-3 file to the project properly? When I tried to add it, DVD-A created a new menu button for the audio file. Clearly I did something wrong. Can someone set me straight?
