No audio

I know this is a novice question and i apologise but this is my first time using Movie Studio Platinum 12.

I tried to edit two game footage clips recorded in FRAPS. Different games, neither appeared to have audio when I dragged the clips over into MSP12 and played the video.

Is there a basic setting I've overlooked here? My only DV editing experience has been in Movie maker so any help with this more sophisticated software would be appreciated. Thank you.

Post your complete file properties using MediaInfo from Sourceforge.
Also your Quicktime version.
Many people are using Fraps in Vegas, so a search of their forums may lead you to an answer.

Thanks, I will d/l that utility and report back. I have also posted my issue on the FRAPS boards, as advised.
