We record transport streams from BlackMagic ATEM TV Studio.  When I import these streams in Vegas Pro 13, it doesn't recognize the audio track (only video).  The audio is AAC 48Khz stereo.  Premiere and Final Cut Pro detect the audio without a problem and it plays back fine in vlc.

The only workaround for this issue I've found so far to convert the transport stream to an .mp4 file with Handbrake or AVIDemux.  We'd prefer to avoid this extra encoding step if at all possible and be able to edit the original transport stream.  Any suggestions on what can be done to allow Vegas Pro to recognize the audio track in the transport stream?
