Hi, I have a Sony DCR-SX65E digital video camera recorder. When I want to make a movie with the .MPEG files from this recorder using Magix Movie Studio 17 Platinum I hear no audio. In the Movie Studio 17 program, when I drag a .MPEG file down to the video section the audio section doesn't show anything, it stays gray (as in empty, no audio) and I hear no audio when I click play, the video will play, however. When I play the file on the Sony recorder the audio is working and when I play the file on my computer with VLC media player I also hear audio. I tried to update Movie Studio but the program says it's up to date. When I edit a .MP4 file the audio is working. I read in the specs of the camera that it produces Standard Definition, MPEG2 movies with Dolby® Digital 2ch Stereo audio. Do you have an idea on how I can fix this problem?
