No Bluray burning due to “invalid argument”

Hi!
There have been several reports of users unable to burn a Bluray because of a „invalid argument“ message just before burning. As far as I can see there has been no clear solution.

I faced the same problem now but I was able to track it back and reproduce the circumstances to make it occur:

I have a subtitle selection menu. One button in this menu switches of the subtitle "off" using the “No Subtitle” option for subtitle track (sorry if this is not exactly the word in the DVDA in English, as I have the German Version).

This works fine if I want to burn a DVD (downscaled).

But as soon as I want to burn a Bluray, this option is not accepted. If I bring this switch to any other position “No change” or any Subtitle Track number, the Bluray will burn. If I want to "switch off" the subtitle, the burning is impossible due to the “invalid argument”.
At least here I was able to reproduce this issue in any Menu.

My workaround: I creaded an empty subtitle track...not perfect but working.

Can anybody else confirm this? How to report this to Sony?

Regards,
Thomas
