No borders in preview but when rendered there's black borders

There's no borders in preview but when rendered there's black borders.It's also blurry i don't know why! i record at 1680x1050 and render at 720p. I wonder if anyone can help me out with this?

Probably your projectsettings are 1680x1050, but when you render to 720p(1280x720) it does not fit and you become black bars.
Solution

1 Render to 1680x1050 or

2 Set your projectsettings to 1280x720 and crop the black bars you 'll see in preview
